One vault per customer, per building, per room
Structured cabling work is organized by physical space, so CableVault is too. Customers hold buildings, buildings hold projects, projects hold rooms — and every document lands where a technician would expect to look for it.
- Customer, building, project and room hierarchy
- Room QR codes for IDF and MDF labels
- Search across every project in your account
- Activity log covering uploads, downloads and portal visits
Certification and fiber test results without the file chaos
Export from your tester, drop the file in, tag the category. CableVault tracks copper links, fiber strands and pass rate for the project so you can show the customer a summary instead of an unexplained folder of PDFs.
- Copper certification and channel test reports
- OTDR traces and insertion loss results
- Pass rate calculated and displayed per project
- Closeout ZIP generation for GC file deliveries
Pricing that scales with active work, not seats
Plans are priced per company by active project count and storage. Archived projects remain available to customers forever and never count toward the limit, so growing your portfolio does not grow your bill.
- Starter — 5 active projects, 5 GB
- Pro — 25 active projects, 50 GB, branded portal and QR codes
- Business — 100 active projects, 250 GB, employee accounts
- 14-day free trial on every plan

Frequently asked questions
- What does CableVault do for structured cabling companies?
- It manages the documentation side of the job: copper certification reports, fiber test results, as-builts, photos, warranties and O&M manuals, plus a branded portal where customers access them permanently.
- Does it replace my project management tool?
- No. CableVault focuses on documentation and closeout delivery rather than scheduling and estimating, so it fits alongside whatever you already use to run the job.
- How are projects counted against my plan?
- Only active projects count — anything in New, In Progress, Pending or Completed. Once you archive a project it stays viewable by the customer forever and stops counting toward your limit.
- Can my whole crew use it?
- Yes. Business plans include multiple employee accounts with role-based permissions, and customer portal users are unlimited on every plan.
